Compendium terms and conditions

The Purpose of the compendium is to allow members of WWV and Unity Community to identify fellow members’ interests and to be able to contact them directly and individually in order to share information and/or pursue similar activities or interests. 

• Compendium members are invited to provide information about themselves and their interests and activities for the purpose of connecting with other members with similar interests and activities. The information held is subject to GDPR requirements.

• Compendium members are not permitted to use the list for marketing purposes or use for blanket emails.

• If any member wishes to share any news of events and/or projects with all members of WWV and Unity Community then they need to email their request to unitycommunity@wholeworld-view.org. Sharing such news will be at the discretion of the Unity Community team. 

• Compendium members are not permitted to share, forward, copy or sell information on the list to any other party – the list is purely to enable direct communication and between members.

• Any member found to be abusing the compendium will be instantly removed from the compendium and their membership of WWV and Unity Community withdrawn.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us so we do our best to follow the requirements of GDPR wherever you reside.

Our current setup for the compendium uses Google Docs which collects on a password protected basis the form for your submitted information and edit/delete submissions and stores information in the compendium (also protected with a further ‘to view’ password provided to you on confirmation that your data is posted)  using an embedded Google Sheet file on our Squarespace website. One administrator has access to this information. 

Your submitted form and your subsequent inclusion in the compendium are both and separately password protected

You can request a copy of your data or ask how it is being used; or instruct us to amend or delete your details, at any time by emailing compendium@wholeworld-view.org or filling in the edit/delete entry form.  

Your request will be dealt with promptly.
